Booking Policies

 

We require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking with us. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiry of the free cancellation period.

 

CANCELLED OR MODIFIED RESERVATIONS

We take a deposit of 50% upon booking. The remaining balance (the full cost of the reservation and all taxes) will be charged and non-refundable upon the expiry of the free cancellation period, which is 3 days before your reservation. The entire balance of the reservation will be charged on this date and is non-refundable. 

For bookings made through an online travel agency (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia), policies will apply as indicated on your reservation.

Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
