Booking Policies

 

We require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking with us. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiry of the free cancellation period.

 

CANCELLED OR MODIFIED RESERVATIONS

For individual room bookings (up to 5 rooms):

  • Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund of the deposit amount (50%).
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 3 days of check-in, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

For group bookings (6 or more rooms):

  • Cancellations must be made 16 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund of the deposit amount (50%).
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 16 days of check-in, the full amount of the stay will be charged

For bookings made through an online travel agency (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia), policies will apply as indicated on your reservation.

Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
