Booking Policies

We require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking with us. The remaining balance will be charged seven (7) days prior to arrival.


You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 4:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to arrival. We will charge you for your entire stay if you must cancel after this deadline. 

Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.



We are closely following the Ontario provincial guidelines to ensure that we're compliant with all current safety protocols. To ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and community, we are taking extra precautions on site including the following:

Contactless check-in and check-out

Daily health screening of all staff

Increased cleaning and sanitation within guest rooms using approved chemicals

Implementing social distancing and limited capacity measures as per the current guidelines

Pre-arrival health check / guest agreement to confirm that guests are all following the current Ontario provincial guidelines and are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms



2-night minimum booking
