Do you have a waitlist? 
Although we are unable to maintain a waitlist, we do frequently get cancellations. If you’re flexible on dates keep checking the availability calendar!


Is there a pool and restaurant on site?
Prince Edward County: We do not have a full restaurant or pool in Prince Edward County, we have a selection of light snacks and beverages in our Lobby Bar.
Sauble Beach: Our Sauble Beach property features a pool and Heydays restaurant.

Can guests check-in early, or check-out late?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out due to the high turnover of our guest stays. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. However, on the day of your arrival, we’ll text you as soon as your room is ready!


What is the maximum occupancy room available?

Prince Edward County: The Deluxe Studios, Studios and Rosé Suites can sleep 4 guests, and our The Classic rooms can sleep 2 guests.

Sauble Beach: The Double Room can sleep 4 guests and the King Room can sleep 2 guests.

Please note that we are unable to provide cots/roll away beds as we cannot exceed occupancy numbers due to fire code limitations. Infants 3 years and under do not count towards maximum occupancy.


Can I use your amenities before or after I check in/out?
Yes, guests are welcome to use the amenities we offer on day of check-in and check-out.
 


Are you family friendly?
We welcome everyone to The June Motel for a girls weekend away, couples night off and small families to enjoy their time together. Please keep in mind that while we certainly do welcome babies and children, we designed The June to be an adult oriented experience. Please be respectful of this!

We are happy to provide a pack and play. available upon request for the little ones (first-come-first-serve). Just email us to arrange. 


Can children use the pool? Can we bring our own floaties?
Families with children are welcome to use the swimming pool, with caution that the pool atmosphere is designed for adult orientated experience, which is the expectation of most of our guests. Other than those we have provided, pool floaties are not permitted.


Are you waterfront?

Prince Edward County: Although we are not directly waterfront, the motel is across the road from the Picton Bay, with a view of the water.

Sauble Beach: We are not waterfront, but the beach is just a 5 minute walk away!


Are your Lobby Bars open to the public? Do you take reservations?
The Lobby Bar at both propertis and Heydays restaurant in Sauble Beach are all open to the public. We do not take reservations at either. The Lobby Bars are licensed spaces with wine and beer available by the glass or bottle, and some light snacks. No outside food or beverage permitted.


Can we park our car on site before check-in if our room isn’t ready yet?
Yes, anytime after 12:00pm. On the day of your arrival you will receive a text message from our on-site team. Once you have that number, text them to let them know you will be arriving early with your car and they will direct you where to park.


Do you allow pets?
We have a firm no pet policy with the exception of service animals. 


Do you offer group rates and room blocks?
Groups of 6+ rooms booked are subject to our group policies and will be contacted by a Guest Services Agent. We are not currently offering room blocks during our peak motel season, however, please send an email to info@thejunemotel.com to inquire about off-season options! 


Do you allow photography on site?
Guests who have booked a room are more than welcome to take photos during their stay provided they are respectful of other guests. Photoshoots are limited to guest rooms only as we aren’t able to provide exclusive access to common spaces. This does not include casual cell phone photography. We cannot currently accommodate any commercial photography.


Does The June Motel have chargers for electric vehicles?
Yes, we have a standard outdoor outlet on both properties that guests are welcome to use, first come, first serve. We can also direct you to the nearest electric vehicle charging station.


Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Because our properties are originally old motels built in the ‘70s, building codes back then were not up to today’s standards, so unfortunately the motels are not fully accessible.


Can I book a stay for next year?
We will release rates for the following season in late summer, early fall. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when reservations are released! 


Do you collaborate with brands for product sampling, pop-ups, social media giveaways, etc.? Do you host media and/or influencers?

Do you sell gift certificates?
Although we do not sell gift certificates, you can check out our online shop or gift shops at either property for some of the best June-inspired gifts!
